Intro:   What is your favorite Christian movie and why ?

Study

  1. 1 John 2:20, Jer 29:11-13 The Holy Spirit wants to anoint us to accomplish a specific purpose and call that God has for us here in this world!
    1. Eph 4:30 We need to be very careful that we stay away from the sin, compromise, and ungodliness that grieves the Holy Spirit and will push Gods anointing away.
      1. Isaiah 7:9 If you want to remain anointed by God to stand firm in your faith and reach the world, then you must be very careful with the internet and avoid every type of website that has pornography or any other vulgar, foul, or violent content.
      2. Romans 12:9 It is also extremely important that we avoid playing violent and obscene video games that are completely against what the Bible stands for.
    2. Ephesians 5:11-12 In the same way that secular music and evil movies offend the Holy  Spirit, perverse and evil websites, and violent video games will also pull you away from God, offend the Holy Spirit, and push the anointing of the Holy Spirit away!
  2. Prov 4:23, 1 Peter 1:16 We need to be very careful and diligent to guard our hearts and our spirits from the destructive effects that sinful, perverted, and violent trash from the internet can have in our lives! We must guard our hearts from evil!
    1. 1 Cor 15:33 Many Christian young people who do not guard their hearts from the perverted and violent trash on the internet become desensitized and pulled away from God.
      1. Eph 4:27  Many people who are not careful, develop an addiction to looking at sinful trash on the internet and playing violent and obscene video games.
      2. 1 Cor 10:13 The good news is that God will always provide us a way out of any type of sinful habit or addiction if we are willing to repent and completely surrender to Him!
    2. 1 John 1:9, 2 Cor 3:17 If you have an issue with pornography, or other evil websites and violent video games and want to be free, you need to first repent of these sins. You then need to get these sinful habits out of your life, make your self accountable to a pastor, read the Bible and pray daily, and spend your time serving God and leading people to Jesus! #Anointed!

  1. What are some of the many dangers and negative effects, of looking at websites that have pornography and other evil content, and playing violent obscene video games?
  2. Why it is it absolutely essential that Christian youth and young adults guard their hearts and completely avoid evil pornographic websites and violent obscene video games?
  3. What are some of the steps we need to take as Christian youth and young adults to make
    sure that we do not fall into the temptation of evil websites and violent video games?
  4. Does anyone here tonight have a problem with looking at pornography, or other evil websites, or playing violent and obscene video games? Are you now ready to surrender them to God?

End: Pray for those who want to let go of looking at pornography or other evil websites, or playing violent or obscene video games. Also pray those through the sinners prayer who want to accept Jesus as their, then take requests.
