“ Unstoppable in our leadership! “
Intro: Who is a leader that you personally look up to and why?
Study
- Psalms 139:13-16, Gal 5:7-8 God has created everyone of us with specific gifts, talents and abilities and has a divine purpose he wants us to fulfill here on the earth.
- 1 Tim 4:12 We must understand that if we are a Christian, we are called to be a leader! God has called us to rise up and become strong leaders in our youth!
- 1 Sam 16:7 Many times many Christians feel that only those who are the most gifted, the most talented, or are the most experienced are called to be leaders. But God doesn’t look at the outward appearance, he looks at the heart.
- 2 Tim 2:22 The devil will try and stop us from stepping up into leadership by trying to make us afraid and intimidated, or he may try to use guilt, shame, or some past sin or mistake to keep us from becoming leaders.
- 1 Cor 12:12-27 Although it is true that everyone of us has different gifts, and each of us will lead in a different way, God wants all of us to reach our full potential in this world and become the best leaders we can be!
- 1 Tim 4:12 We must understand that if we are a Christian, we are called to be a leader! God has called us to rise up and become strong leaders in our youth!
- 2 Tim 1:6-7, Zech 4:10 We can begin to discover what our individual gifting or calling is through serving faithfully now in leadership in our youth.
- Zech 4:10 If we are not sure exactly what our gift or calling is, and we don’t know in what way we should lead, then the best thing to do is to start by serving in the church and leading as many people to Jesus as we can, as we do that God will reveal to us more precisely what his purpose is for our lives and in what way we should lead.
- James 1:2-4 ,1 Peter 5: 8-9 We must understand that when we do become strong leaders that the devil will try to discourage us, pull us down, and try to get us to quit.
- 1 Thess 5:17,Heb 10:25 The way that we remain strong, steady, unstoppable leaders is by maintaining our daily time of prayer, reading the Bible, fellowship with strong Christians, and by remaining active in the ministry!
- Ecc 12:1, Isaiah 54:17 God is calling us in our youth to rise up and discover our purpose! to overcome every fear, attack, and attempt of the devil to stop us! We are called to be unstoppable leaders! #Unstoppable!

- Are you currently serving as a leader in some way in the ministry? If so in what way are you serving in leadership?
- What are some of the things you feel the devil tries to use to keep us as youth and young adults from stepping up and becoming the leaders God is calling us to be?
- What are some of the things we need to do in our lives personally to make sure we overcome the devils attacks and remain strong unstoppable leaders?
- Do you feel that you personally are active in leadership at the level God would like you to be in your life? If not what is holding you back?
